How do I start to order my cake?
First think about the flavours you like (or don't like) or even the theme of you event. How many people do you need to serve? Then contact me via the info on the 'contact' page and we'll go from there. If you're having trouble thinking of flavours, head to my 'products' page
How should I store my cake?
If you've collected your cake the day before your event, store your cake in the fridge overnight. All cakes are best served at at room temperature so be sure to take it out of the fridge at least 30 mins (weather dependent) before serving.
How should I transport my cake?
Your cake will come in a large sturdy box. Please note that the box may be Lidless to avoid damage to the top of your cake. I recommend that the cake box be placed on the passenger seat floor of your car and drive slowly.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
At this time I am not able to offer dairy free, egg free or vegan cakes. Gluten free may be available upon request. Please let me know if there are any allergies to be catered for such as citrus or nut.
Do you do tiered cakes?
Yes! Very much so. Three tiers max. Please also be aware that your choices in cake flavors will be limited as tiered cakes require an amount of stability. Gluten free is not an option for tiered cakes at this time.
Can you add writing to my cake?
In short, no. I do not offer writing on the cakes due to the way they are decorated. If you wish the add a cake topper you are more than welcome to drop one off in advance (or I can order one for you and add it to the cost of your cake), or add it yourself on the day.
Do you have a set price list?
Unfortunately no, As each cake is custom make to client preferences, made from fresh local ingredients prices can fluctuate.
Do you deliver?
I can deliver around Canberra and the local surrounding region, from Murrumbateman to Bungendore. There will be a small charge however.
